Give Yourself a Hand: You Moved Forward!

Scripture:

“For who has despised the day of small things?” — Zechariah 4:10 NKJV

As we close this month’s focus on  "The Power of NOW", I want to pause and celebrate those who made a decision to move forward.

 Maybe your step did not look big to everyone else. You may not have launched everything yet, reached every goal, or seen the full result of your obedience. But you did something you may not have done before: you moved.

You made the call.

You completed the application.

You started the business idea.

 You wrote the vision.

You applied for the job.

You sought wise counsel.

You released what was holding you back.

You took one step toward the thing God placed in your heart.

Give yourself a hand.

The enemy would like you to focus only on what is unfinished, delayed, or still uncertain. But God does not despise small beginnings—and neither should you. Every meaningful journey begins with one act of obedience. What may seem small today can become the beginning of something greater tomorrow.

Your movement is evidence that you refused to remain stuck. You chose faith over fear, action over procrastination, and progress over perfection.

So celebrate the step you took. Thank God for the courage to begin. Then keep moving forward, one obedient step at a time.
