Onetia Cutts is a devoted mother to her adult son and grandmother, minister, teacher, entrepreneur, and Alignment Coach. She is the founder of Renewed Destiny, an online teaching ministry that empowers others to grow spiritually and begin again—renewed, refreshed, and restored through the Word of God.
She is also the visionary behind The Pivot Place- Naomi's Circle a transformational coaching hub helping women who feel overlooked, stuck, forgotten, behind, in transition, or starting over pivot into their next chapter.
As a Licensed Insurance Agent, Onetia also serves in the marketplace by helping individuals and families protect what matters most while building financial security and peace of mind.
A Spirit-led voice in both ministry and the marketplace, Onetia teaches Mondays on FB, and YouTube through Monday Night Manna, host Sisters at the Table, co-hosts The Believer’s Table, and leads the heartfelt Sistah to Sistah platform.
A lifelong entrepreneur, Onetia brings years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, and coaching. She is passionate about equipping women to walk in divine alignment, unlock their God-given purpose, and move confidently from delay into destiny.
With degrees in Business Administration and Christian Leadership, along with certifications in Life Coaching, Christian Counseling, and Mental Health & Wellness, Onetia blends education, experience, and revelation to guide others in discovering their gifts, breaking free from stagnation, and stepping into a renewed, purposeful life.

From Trouble to Triumph: Rebuilding Beyond the Ruins
There are seasons in life where things feel broken, delayed, damaged, or even left in ruins. Sometimes we look around and wonder how we got here. Other times we look within ourselves and realize that God is not only rebuilding things around us, but He is rebuilding us too.
In the book of Nehemiah, the walls of Jerusalem were torn down and the gates had been burned with fire. What once represented strength, protection, and identity now looked like devastation. Yet God raised up Nehemiah with a burden to rebuild.
What is powerful is that Nehemiah did not ignore the ruins. He acknowledged them, prayed over them, and then got to work.
This is a reminder for us this week:
You may have experienced trouble, disappointment, delays, setbacks, resistance, or even emotional exhaustion, but God is still able to bring triumph out of trouble and restoration out of ruins.
The enemy may have hoped the broken places would stop the build, but God is giving His people fresh strength, renewed vision, and the grace to continue building.
Some things are not falling apart — they are being rebuilt differently.
Nehemiah understood that rebuilding would require focus, endurance, prayer, strategy, and persistence. The work was not easy, but they continued building despite opposition.
As you go into this week, do not allow discouragement to make you abandon what God has called you to build. Continue showing up. Continue praying. Continue trusting. Continue building.
God is still working behind the scenes even when progress feels slow.
Sometimes triumph does not begin with applause. Sometimes it begins with simply deciding not to quit.
“The God of heaven Himself will prosper us; therefore we His servants will arise and build…”
— Nehemiah 2:20
Be encouraged this week:
• God still restores.
• God still rebuilds.
• God still strengthens.
• God still finishes what He starts.
Keep building through the resistance. Keep building through the uncertainty. Keep building even after the ruins.
Your rebuilding season is not wasted.
